Every engineer is verified before they can take jobs. Rules:

Name must match exactly what's on your CAC certificate or your ID (drivers licence / national ID).
CAC certificate is preferred. If you don't have one, you must upload a valid drivers licence OR national ID + a guarantor.
Guarantor must have a physical shop in Abuja with a verifiable address and a valid CAC. We verify the shop.
AI-generated documents are automatically rejected. Upload a clear photo of your original physical document, no screenshots of AI images, no edited PDFs.

When will the app be ready? +

We're finalizing the Expo app for Play Store. Pre-registration lets us verify you now so launch day is instant, no re-uploading documents. You'll get a WhatsApp notification the day it goes live, with a direct login link.

Why must my name match my CAC or ID? +

To protect customers and engineers. If the name on your account doesn't match the name on your CAC certificate, drivers licence, or national ID, we can't verify you own that document. Enter your legal name exactly as printed, including middle names.

What counts as an AI-generated document? +

Any image or PDF that wasn't a photo of your original physical document, whether made with Midjourney, DALL·E, Photoshop AI, or other tools. Our system checks for missing EXIF, over-smooth textures, inconsistent fonts/holograms, and other synthetic patterns, and auto-rejects them. Upload a clear phone photo of the real document on a flat surface.

I don't have a CAC, can I still join? +

Yes, if you upload a valid drivers licence or national ID (NIN) and a guarantor who has a physical shop in Abuja and a valid CAC. We verify the guarantor's shop address and CAC. Without a qualifying guarantor, the application is rejected.

Will my login work on the app? +

Yes. Website and app share the same secure login. After you're approved, use the same email and password to log in on the app, your pre-launch status, bookings and wallet carry over.
